At Cashorica S.A.S. ("Cashorica", "we") we handle the personal data we receive through cashorica.com with the utmost care, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide by completing the newsletter subscription form (name and email), as well as technical data generated by your use of the site (IP address, device identifier, browser, operating system, date and time of visits and pages viewed).
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to send you information about investment opportunities in real estate projects, news about the Argentine market, improve the operation of the site, measure audience, prevent fraud and comply with legal or regulatory obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when subscribing, on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on Cashorica's legitimate interest in operating the platform and improving our services.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active and, after unsubscribing, during the legal terms applicable (minimum 10 years for records related to crowdfunding activity under CNV regulations).
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology service providers (hosting, email, analytics) acting as data processors, as well as with Argentine regulatory authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when there is a legal obligation to do so.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases we require contractual clauses ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that provided by Law 25,326.
8. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by writing to hola@cashorica.com with a copy of your ID. You may also submit claims to the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
